Paragliding over the Miraflores cliffs

From about midday the gliders are up over the cliffs of the Costa Verde, launching from the clifftop on Malecón Cisneros a few steps from the Parque del Amor. A tandem passenger flight lasts about ten minutes, riding along the cliff edge above the beaches and surf of Miraflores, and pilots take passengers of most ages and builds. The district council polices the launch site. Several schools also teach one-day courses, some of them down the coast at Lurín.
