Best All-Inclusive Resorts for Destination Weddings
A destination wedding has to work for two very different groups: the couple, who need real ceremony venues and a coordinator who answers emails, and the guests, who need rooms at more than one price point and somewhere for the kids. Picks were weighed on named venues and capacities, published free-wedding thresholds, sister resorts that split a guest block by budget or age, and what past couples say went wrong.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only
The adults-only Hideaway sits beside the family-friendly Royalton Riviera Cancun, so adult friends stay quiet while guests with kids book next door. It reopened December 7, 2025 after a full renovation. Royalton's complimentary wedding tier is tied to a room-night minimum, set lower for Hideaway bookings; confirm the current number, since reviews of the refreshed resort are still thin.

Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa
Kantenah shares a campus with Grand Palladium Colonial, which gives a wedding a colonial-style chapel, a beach gazebo for up to about 180 guests and garden settings to choose from. With a 4.8 Google rating across 17,715 reviews, it is an easy sell to guests on a budget. Since January 2026, Kantenah and Colonial guests can no longer use the Select White Sand or TRS restaurants, so hold the reception somewhere the whole group can reach.

Couples Tower Isle
Couples Resorts includes its One Love wedding package free with stays of six nights or more; Jamaica's roughly $250 licensing fees are extra. Tower Isle is couples-only, so it suits a small adult wedding with no solo guests or kids.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres
Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres has the clearest free-wedding offer here. Book 15 rooms for 7 nights, or 105 room nights in total, and the package covers up to 60 guests with civil or religious legal fees, bouquet, cake, champagne and dinner, for travel through December 23, 2027. Ceremonies take place in an ocean-view gazebo, and the adults-only Elegance Club sits inside a resort that also takes families. Check-in lines run long.

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana
Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is adults-only, with a beach venue that holds up to 800, the Santo Domingo ballroom and terrace for about 200, and a beach gazebo for about 120. Guests with children book the family-friendly Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana next door and share the amenities, and Hyatt points can soften the bill for the whole block. It is one of the priciest stays in the Dominican Republic, 45 minutes from Punta Cana airport.

Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen
Secrets Moxche opened in late 2022, and guests credit its wedding coordination team. It is adults-only, so families with kids stay elsewhere. The beach is rocky and seaweed-prone, and holiday weeks carry steep event surcharges.
