Breezes Bahamas Resort & Spa is a 395-room all-inclusive in two beachfront towers, the West Wing and East Wing, on more than 1,000 feet of Cable Beach in Nassau. The thing to understand before anything else is the age policy, because it is unusual and it is not what most people assume: the minimum guest age is 14, so there are no toddlers and no kids club, but there are teenagers, and in spring break and graduation season from March through June the resort takes large student groups and says so on its own homepage. Outside that window the crowd skews couples, friends and families with older kids. The resort holds a Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice award for 2025, which it advertises on its homepage, and it is one of the better-reviewed all-inclusives in a Nassau market that has very few of them.
