Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites is the all-suites, family-facing hotel in Iberostar's three-hotel Rose Hall complex on Montego Bay's north shore, and the room product is the reason to book it. Nothing here is a standard hotel room: a Junior Suite is 570 sq ft and the Two Bedroom Family Junior Suite runs 1,140 sq ft with interconnected rooms, a king in one and two doubles in the other. Add the Aquafun water park with its children's pool, playground and slide run, the lazy river and the Star Camp programme, and this is a resort built around children having somewhere to be all day. It is about 15 minutes from Sangster International Airport, which is as short as Jamaica transfers get.

Guests through July to September 2026 are consistent about staff warmth, housekeeping and food quality, and name individual servers rather than praising service generically. The spa has a hydrotherapy circuit, sports facilities run to tennis, a multipurpose court with goal posts and basketball hoops and beach volleyball, and room service runs 11am to 11pm. The fitness room is 16 and over. Water sports are free for the first hour, and the PADI dive centre and the nearby 18-hole Cinnamon Hill course are both paid.
This is for families who want suite space and a short airport run, and it sits below Sandals pricing while landing close to Hilton Rose Hall in the same neighbourhood and Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton a little further west. Two dates matter if you are booking for this winter. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach becomes adults-only on November 1, 2026, so the next-door access families have relied on stops working for them from that date. And JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar, the adults-only hotel in the same complex, has been closed since June 1, 2026 for a complete refurbishment and reopens in December 2026 with 295 renovated suites including swim-up and butler categories, so couples without children should look at JOIA from December rather than at the pre-renovation hotel older write-ups describe. The whole complex closed after Hurricane Melissa on October 28, 2025 and reopened on November 10, 2025. Nearby, the Rose Hall Great House is a short ride, Cinnamon Hill and Half Moon cover golf, and the Hip Strip's bars and craft markets sit beside the airport.
