Rooms run from 32-square-meter Deluxe categories with a balcony, minibar restocked daily and A/C up to 48-square-meter suites with a whirlpool tub, and most of them face the garden or pool rather than the water. The honest caveat is upkeep: through 2026 guests have repeatedly reported air conditioning that does not cool, a bathroom leak on an upper floor, rust and mold around a shower, a safe that did not work, and a property that looks more worn than its photographs.
