StolenTime Saint Lucia
StolenTime is what happens when a boutique resort decides that a smaller guest count and a long-serving staff matter more than a sprawling property with a hundred amenities. Formerly known as Rendezvous, this adults-only all-inclusive on Malabar Beach just outside Castries celebrated 60 years in July 2026, and it runs on just 100 rooms. The staff know who you are by day two, the bartender starts your order as you walk up, and so many guests return year after year that the place has a reunion feel. It is the only hotel on its two-mile beach, and the gardens, with a giant candle-lit Saman tree at the entrance and a hidden Water Garden, are part of the charm.

It is not a bargain, pricing in the same bracket as BodyHoliday and Windjammer Landing, but the inclusions (motorised water sports, scuba, bottle wine, taxes and gratuities) close much of the gap. Castries' craft markets and the Pointe Seraphine duty-free complex are within easy reach, and boat trips to the Pitons, Sulphur Springs and whale and dolphin watching leave from Castries harbour minutes away.
