Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt is the 458-room beachfront hotel at Km 11.5 of the Hotel Zone that most people still know as Wyndham Alltra Cancun. It took the Sunscape name in mid-2025, after Hyatt completed its purchase of Playa Hotels & Resorts in June 2025 and moved the property out of Wyndham's system; the building, rooms, restaurants and beach are the same ones. Under Hyatt it runs the Unlimited-Fun format: no wristbands, food and drink around the clock, dinner at the a la carte restaurants without reservations, and daily activities for every age. It is the family end of Hyatt's all-inclusive line-up, and it does not pretend otherwise.
