TRS Turquesa is a clever piece of hotel design: a 372-room adults-only hotel tucked inside the enormous Grand Palladium Punta Cana complex on Playa de Bavaro. The arrangement works in one direction only, which is the point. Palladium's TRS page says a TRS booking gives access to all four hotels at the resort, while the Grand Palladium Palace and Grand Palladium Punta Cana pages each cap their own guests at two, and Grand Palladium guests cannot enter TRS at all. So you get butler service, premium spirits, suites rather than rooms and a quiet adults-only pool area, and then a pass to more than 40 restaurants, bars and cafes across the complex when you want variety.
